PRIVACY POLICY
Rocket Fist respects your personal information. Your information is confidential as we do not give out any information to third parties, marketing companies, etc. We also do not sell, rent, barter or trade any of your personal information.
The information we collect through our order forms and contact pages includes your name, company name (if applicable), telephone number, order history, credit card info, expiration date, mailing address, email addresses, and comments. We use this information to process your orders, answer questions, and incorporate your suggestions into our services or products to make them better. All the information we collect from you remains protected and private within our own database system.
As part of being a customer at Rocket Fist, you will occasionally receive email updates on special events and new merchandise. However, anyone who receives such emails always has the option to refuse any future notices by sending us an email with REMOVE in the subject line. This remove option is stated in all emails we send out.
SECURITY POLICY
We also understand that you may have concerns about using your credit card to make purchases online. Rest assured that when you order products from the Rocket Fist website, your credit card information is protected. By using the widely-accepted Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encryption technology, we are able to keep your credit card number safe.
Your credit card information cannot be read by another party as it travels to our ordering system.

DELIVERY METHOD
Domestic: We ship all domestic orders via UPS. Rates and shipment time vary according to final destinations and type of service (i.e. 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and Ground). Packages shipped using UPS are trackable and insured. If your parcel is not delivered as promised, we can issue a replacement or refund for you. Unfortunately, UPS does not service P.O. Box or APO addresses.
We offer 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and Ground with delivery confirmation for all domestic orders. Please take order processing time into account when selecting your shipping method.
International: Buyers are fully responsible for complying with their country's laws, customs regulations, taxes, and duties. Rocket Fist is not responsible for packages delayed or detained in Customs.
If the buyer refuses shipment for any reason, we will refund the buyer for their purchase, minus the freight cost, once we receive the return.
International orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) via two methods: Priority and Expedited with delivery confirmation. We recommend using USPS Expedited as these packages are insured and traceable door-to-door. If your parcel is shipped by an insured or traceable method, we will replace or refund any shipments that are lost in transit (not held in Customs.) We will handle each situation on case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service department at customerservice@rocketfist.com to process your claim.
RETURN POLICY

Because the items sold on rocketfist.com are extremely difficult for us to buy and bring into the U.S.A., we cannot accept returns on non-defective merchandise and can’t issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for a different item.
DEFECTIVE RETURN POLICY
Most of the figures we sell are collectible, produced in limited runs, and often hand-painted or assembled. Slight imperfections are typical with this kind of product, and most often enhance the value. However, if your merchandise has a significant defect right out of the box (i.e. the product is broken or missing parts), we’ll be happy to exchange it for a non-damaged item. You must contact us within TEN (10) DAYS from the date of purchase, using the procedure listed below. Please note: Rocket Fist will only accept defective returns for items that are received in their original packaging. Blister cards, accessories, plastic packaging, and anything else that came with the item must be included as well. If your return does not meet these conditions, you’ll be charged a 15% re-stocking fee or have your defective merchandise returned to you. Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence won’t be accepted.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Contact Rocket Fist via email to customerservice@rocketfist.com or call us at 1-800-373-0734 within TEN (10) days from the date of purchase. Let us know what the problem is and follow the instructions provided by our customer service staff. Use suitable packing materials (please send it back in a shipping box for safety!), and make sure to write RETURN on the outside of your box when sending your return to us. Once we get your shipment, we’ll check it out and contact you to complete the return. All non-sale items are eligible for refund or exchange within 10 days of purchase. All sales are final on SALE items. Please follow the directions below to make a return or exchange online. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Once credited, allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly billing statement. We’ll email you once we’ve received and processed your return or exchange. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed.
We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances your original form of payment will be refunded.

- Please mark down on your packing list the item(s) you are returning and; if you are requesting a refund, or which item you wish to exchange for & place it in a securely sealed shipping container.
