RETURNS

Rocket Fist Industries guarantees that all of its merchandise is free of defects. We will accept any defective items for a refund or exchange. Our policy is as follows:

1. Unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days after purchase for an exchange or refund.

2. Unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise returned after 30 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

3. Unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise returned after 45 days will not be accepted.

Rocket Fist Industries will refund shipping charges only if you received the wrong item or a defective item. If you would like to exchange an item for a different style, color, or size, you will be responsible for the shipping fees on your exchange. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item on our website.

We will only accept returns and exchanges with a completed Return Form. Please follow the instructions below to process your return/exchange.

1. Email us at customerservice@rocketfist.com. Tell us what item you want to return or exchange and indicate the reason why. We will send you an authorization code that must be listed on your Return/Exchange Form.

2. Fill out the Rocket Fist Return/Exchange Form (PDF format).

3. Print out the form and include it with your returned merchandise.

TERMS OF SALE

Rocket Fist, Inc. Seller and Buyer agree to the terms on the front and reverse hereof:

1. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto. This document and the terms and conditions contained herein supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral Modifications to this agreement must be written and signed by both parties hereto. Seller expressly rejects any terms and conditions or Buyer’s purchase order that contradict, alter, modify or change the terms hereof.
    

2. All sales are F.O.B. Warehouse located in Woodland Hills, CA. Payment terms are set forth on the front hereof. Accounts not paid when due shall be assessed interest at the maximum legal rate.
    

3. Any claims or request to return goods must be made to Seller in writing within five (5) calendar days of the date Buyer receives goods. No claim may be made or return approved beyond that time limit. No goods may be returned without an R/A number from Seller. All non-detective returns are subject to a restocking charge. No cash refunds shall be paid on returns.
    

4. Seller may decline to do future business with Buyer irrespective of reason and to decline any reorders from Buyer. Buyer represents to Seller that Buyer is purchasing the goods sold hereunder exclusively for resale from Buyer’s store(s) to retail consumers. Buyer acknowledges that Seller has accepted Buyer’s order in reliance on this representation.
    

5. Seller shall not be liable for any defect, delay or nondelivery if such problem results from any act of God, riot, war, civil unrest, embargo, seizure, fire, flood, explosion, accident, earthquake or other cause beyond Seller’s reasonable control.
    

6. The goods are purchased on an “as-is” basis and no implied representations or warranties are intended or made by Seller. No statements or promises have been made by or on behalf of Seller to induce Buyer to enter into this Agreement except those specifically set forth.
    

7. If either party shall bring any action to enforce or interpret the terms here of (Action) the losing party shall pay the prevailing party a reasonable sum for attorney fees and costs incurred bringing and prosecuting such Action whether or not prosecuted to a decision. “Prevailing party” includes, without limitation, one who agrees to dismiss an Action on the other party’s payment of sums allegedly due or performance of covenants allegedly breached or who obtains substantially the relief sought.
    

8. All actions relating to this agreement shall be litigated in accordance with the laws of the State of California, exclusively. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Superior Court of California, Los Angeles Judicial District.
    

9. If any term hereof is determined to be illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, such term shall be deemed stricken and not affect the enforceability or validity of the other terms.
    

10. Each party represents and warrants to the other that the making of this Agreement has been duty authorized and that it is valid, binding and enforceable according to its terms.

COPYRIGHT POLICY

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using this site. By using this site, you signify your agreement with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of the below Terms of Use, do not use this site. Rocket Fist reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms of Use at any time. By using this service after we have posted notice of such modifications, alterations or updates, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. Rocket Fist retains the right to deny access to anyone who we believe has violated any of these Terms of Use.

If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the matters contained herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by Rocket Fist.
